  • Identified, designed, built and deployed a Microsoft Lists-based renal workflow system; trained nursing staff, supported rollout and handed over on departure.
  • Supported clinical adoption of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools — SharePoint, Teams, Lists and Power Apps — for guidelines, formulary access, staff directories and clinical calculators.
  • Contributed frontline clinical input to a 25-clinician AI pilot spanning imaging, natural-language processing and virtual-assistant use cases.
  • Analysed 13 months of emergency-department attendance data for hourly, weekly and seasonal patterns, communicating findings through dashboards.
  • Contributed to an Azure-based HL7-to-FHIR data architecture using Event Hubs, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure SQL and Power BI.

Applied AI Research — 2D-to-3D Vascular Ultrasound Imaging

NHS / university research collaboration

  • Co-inventor of a published UK patent application (GB2702377A) for reconstructing 3D vascular anatomy from 2D ultrasound.
  • Developed the pipeline architecture combining U-Net segmentation, contour and spline processing, mesh generation and 3D modelling.
  • Designed the evaluation methodology around paired-scan comparison with held-out data, using DSC, Hausdorff distance, volumetric overlap, MSE and SSIM alongside observer assessment.
  • Contributed to protocol design, data governance and reproducible cloud-infrastructure planning aligned with UK GDPR and clinical-research requirements.
